Foster Parents

Our Foster Parents

  • have a natural love for children and teenagers
  • have the ability to appreciate the uniqueness of each child and love them unconditionally
  • have reasonable expectations
  • need to be 21 or older
  • (both parents) may work outside of the home
  • strive to return the foster child to his or her biological family; or prepare them for independent living; or prepare them for adoption
  • are willing to participate in training
  • are willing to work as part of a treatment team with biological parents, caseworkers, therapists, social workers, educators and agencies
