Adoption & Licensing Supervisor
Julie was raised in Northern Michigan and moved to Alpena in 2015. She worked as a Nursing Assistant for several years while attending school and starting her family. In 2015, Julie graduated from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor’s in Family Life Education. Family is very important to her and she values strong family relationships. Julie joined Child & Family Services NEMI in 2019 as a Case Aide, later transitioned in the role of Adoption Specialist, and currently Adoption & Licensing Supervisor. She certainly enjoys the interaction with the families she works and is passionate about helping children connect with their forever families.
