Early Literacy Program Coordinator
Monica is a lifelong resident of the Alpena area. Monica earned her Associates in Applied Science Degree in Medical Assisting and has been certified since 2008. She worked in the clinical medical office setting for 5 years before taking on the administrative duties of the medical office setting. Monica brings a plethora of experience and skills to Child and Family Services but mostly, she brings her passion to help others and finds it very rewarding. Monica enjoys spending time with family, cooking and loving the outdoors. When she is not working, you may find her hunting, fishing or in the woods foraging for wild mushrooms!
