Foster Care Case Manager
Alpena native, Chelsea is one of our Foster Care Case Managers. She attained her Associates Degree from ACC in 2015, and her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Madonna University in 2021. Chelsea has years of experience in the human service industry through prior work experience with ABA therapy and various roles through Community Mental Health, as well as several volunteer experiences within the community. She has a passion for helping others and has always been attracted to working in child welfare. Chelsea coached at Alpena High School with the cheerleading program since 2017 and has taken on the role as the JETS Cheerleading Director in 2020 and serves on the board committee with the program. She is currently going through the process of joining the Michigan Air National Guard and is excited to join the military and bring another branch into the office dynamics. Outside of working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, doing various hobbies, taking her dogs on adventures, traveling and starting an abundance of projects. Chelsea is also an ordained minister, and enjoys officiating marriage ceremonies of all affiliations.
