Day One Supervisor
Katie is a native to the area and loves everything that our community has to offer. She has been working in the Human Services field for around 4 years and with Child and Family for almost 4 months and enjoys the interactions with clients and families she has had the privilege of serving so far. Most of her work has been with youth and the homeless community. Katie is pursuing her Bachelor degree from Purdue University. When starting with Child and Family, Katie took on the position of Case Manager of the Compass North program and has recently accepted the position of the HFA Supervisor. Katie has two sons who keep her very busy outside of work. You can usually find them spending time together at the hockey rink in the winter months or the dirt bike track in the summer. Katie has a pretty introverted lifestyle and is usually quite content at home or somewhere quiet and peaceful with a pen and paper for journaling. She plans on continuing her education in Human Services focusing on family studies and is looking forward to expanding her skills as the Healthy Families America Program Supervisor.
